Rebecca ReedMs. Reed represents clients in business and real estate transactions, including real property, business and asset sales, acquisitions, leasing and ground-leasing, real property development, and general business advising and trademark matters. She also represents clients in civil appeals, writes appellate and other legal briefs, and helps colleagues and clients with editing and polishing their written work. Ms. Reed was named one of Tucson’s Top Lawyers in Business Law in 2011. She has authored several published articles. She currently serves as a member of the Editorial Board for the Arizona Attorney. She has served as the Administrator of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court (2006-2010) and participated as an Inn Member (2005-2010). Ms. Reed was admitted to the Arizona bar in 2004 and joined the firm that year. She earned her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law, where she served as an editor and staff writer for the Arizona Law Review and as legal counsel for dependent children with the law college’s Child Advocacy Clinic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (with highest distinction), a master’s in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Ph.D. in Botany from the University of Wyoming. Her academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. |
