Dale HaralsonMr. Haralson represents clients in the areas of general personal injury and wrongful death, products liability (injury or death caused by products defectively manufactured, designed or with inadequate warnings), motor vehicle crashes, aircraft crashes (fixed wing and helicopter), railroad crossing collisions and medical malpractice. He is certified as a specialist in injury and wrongful death litigation by Arizona Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocates. He has obtained numerous seven figure settlements and jury verdicts for his clients against major corporations and governmental entities. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers. Mr. Haralson has been named by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America in personal injury in all editions since 1983, as one of the Southwest’s Super Lawyers, and is rated “AV Preeminent” by peer-reviewed Martindale-Hubbell. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of the 44,000-member Association of Trial Lawyers of America and on its Board of Governors for 19 years. He was President and on the Board of Governors of the Western Trial Lawyers Association and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Haralson’s community activities and interests include serving on the Board of Elders of Canyon Del Oro Baptist Church, serving on the local, state and national boards of directors of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, serving on the Board of Trustees of Hardin-Simmons University, flying (private pilot, single and multiengine, instrument), scuba diving, and skiing. Mr. Haralson graduated from Loraine High School, Loraine, Texas in 1955, Hardin-Simmons University, Abilene, Texas in 1959, and University of Arizona School of Law in 1963. |
