Patrick E. BroomMr. Broom represents clients in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, products liability, brain injuries, government liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, commercial litigation and trial practice. He has obtained substantial settlements and trial verdicts for victims injured physically and financially by corporations and governments. Mr. Broom is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell. He is licensed in Arizona and Texas. He has served as chairperson of the Automobile Law Committee and co-chair of National Continuing Legal Education programs, and served on numerous other committees, for the American Bar Association’s Trial, Tort and Insurance Practice Sections. He received the 1990 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award in Pima County. Before joining the firm, Mr. Broom was a partner with the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, LLP, where he defended major corporations in tort and commercial litigation. Before law school, he was a marketing representative in Illinois, Europe, Africa and the Middle East for Caterpillar Tractor Company. He received his bachelor’s in business degree from Western Illinois University, and his Law Degree and a Masters in Business Administration with Honors from Drake University. |
