Arizona Resident Can Sue Tire Company for Accident

by Administrator 17. August 2009 02:53

A recent court decision has ruled that an Arizona resident can sue a tire company in Arizona for an accident that took place in Mexico.

A serious accident took place that left two individuals dead after the tire on the vehicle separated.  The victims in the accident claim that the tire was defective and led to the accident.   The company that the suit is against claimed that the case should happen in Mexico,  where the accident took place.  The victim fought to get the case to take place in Arizona for a variety of reasons.

Have you or someone you know been involved in an accident because of a defective product?  If so,  please speak with an experienced Tucson car accident lawyer by contacting the offices of Haralson, Miller, Pitt, Feldman & McAnally, P.L.C., at 800-723-1676.
